Annie Patricia Maunsell (originally from Mayo), moved to London and lived in Tooting for 35 years, she left London in 2000 to go back to Ireland.

She was a huge fan of hurling, “Drove to all the Treacy's games”, but also loved football, soccer and wrestling! She managed a camogie team in Tooting Bec.

Pat’s husband Bill, was Vice Chairman, selector and board delegate for the Treacy’s.

Bill’s brother is Mick Maunsell who was one of the founding members of Seán Treacy’s London.

They came from Garyspillane, in Limerick and it was at the family home in Ballylanders this last week where some old club friends ( Pakie Hourigan, Con McGrath, Rocky Hayes, Eileen Katriona and Bernadette Cormac, (to name but a few)) gathered and had a brief chance to remember Pat and pay their respects to her family.

Greatly loved by her husband William (Bill), and 4 children Josephine, Mick, Liam, John and their respective spouses. Much loved also by her 6 grandchildren Máiread, Eilish, Brendan, Liam, David and Clare, adored by her 9 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her sisters Bridie and Crissie, relatives, neighbours, extended family and many friends.

May Annie Pat Rest In Peace.
