Paddy Quinlan - our former club president who sadly passed away earlier this year - will be remembered at the annual Seán Treacy's Golf Classic this Saturday, with the prize for the winning team a memorial trophy named in his honour.
The Patrick Quinlan Memorial Trophy will be presented to the winners of the Team Scramble competition, for which we are still accepting entries, and it is hoped that there will be a strong turnout.
Paddy Quinlan was a Club Stalwart through the ages, a True Gael and a True Gentleman, and is sadly missed. He was in attendance at the club AGM at the age of 89 earlier this year, an example of his dedication to the club.
